A tempting platter of dates is surrounded by a profusion of rose and jasmine petals, the floral emblems of Morocco. The mineral warmth of cashmeran and ambergris evoke the arid heat of the desert air, providing a counterpoint to candied notes of vanilla and caramel which carry the honeyed character of dates long into the rich amber base.
